Our Commitment

Simpleway Europe a.s. is committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions are also available on our website.

Accessibility Features

You should be able to:

  • Zoom in up to 200% without loss of information or functionality.
  • Navigate the site using screen-reader landmarks (main content, navigation, footer) on every page.
  • Read all interactive elements with a screen reader — form fields have associated labels, and all informative images include descriptive alternative text.
  • Rely on color contrast that meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA (minimum 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text).
  • Tap or click every interactive element at a minimum target size of 24×24 pixels.
  • Have your browser correctly identify the page language (English) for assistive technologies.

Conformance Status

Status: Partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Partially compliant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Non-Accessible Content

Below is a description of the known limitation we are aware of.

  1. Third-party content outside our direct control. Our site uses Pipedrive Leadbooster for live chat and Google reCAPTCHA for form spam protection. Embedded YouTube videos on some pages (including /events, /airports-ca, and /airports-us) also carry minor accessibility flags inside Google's player interface. These issues originate from third-party code that we are not able to modify directly. We monitor vendor updates and will replace or remediate when fixes become available.

We are actively working to keep our site accessible and will add further items to this list if future evaluations identify new issues.

Scope of This Statement

This Accessibility Statement applies to the Simpleway marketing website at simpleway.global and its associated staging environment. It does not cover:

  • The Simpleway CX product (deployed operator software, display players, public address systems), which is evaluated separately against EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA for our airport, transit, healthcare, and education customers.
  • Customer portals, documentation portals, and support systems accessed through authenticated logins.
  • Content hosted by third parties and embedded in our pages, including Pipedrive chat, Google reCAPTCHA, and YouTube video players.

Product-level accessibility documentation is available to customers and prospects on request.

How We Test

We evaluate accessibility using:

  • Automated scanning using industry-standard tools. We run axe-core 4.x (via headless Chrome) and Google Lighthouse across a representative sample of pages covering our homepage, product landing pages, contact and demo-request forms, blog and resource index, and legal pages. Scans are archived and compared between releases to prevent regressions.
  • Ongoing monitoring and regular accessibility reviews. We re-run automated accessibility tests after significant component changes and on a quarterly basis at minimum. This statement is updated whenever our conformance status changes.

Our most recent full audit covered 55 published pages. All site-level critical, serious, and moderate axe-core violations identified in earlier evaluations have been resolved.

Preparation of This Statement

This statement was prepared on 21 April 2026 and is reviewed at least quarterly and whenever we make significant changes to the website.

We maintain records of accessibility feedback and our responses for regulatory compliance.

This marketing website is not formally covered by the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882), which applies to specific categories of consumer services. We publish this statement voluntarily as best practice.
